Rules & Regulations
Products and services exhibited may not detract from the study and/or practice of homeopathy, patient care and/or education. NCH retains the sole authority to determine the eligibility of any company and/or its product(s). NCH reserves the right to refuse applications of organizations not meeting standard requirements or expectations. NCH reserves the right to curtails or to close exhibits, wholly or in part, that reflect unfavorably on the character and the purpose of the meeting. This applies to displays, literature, advertising novelties, souvenirs, conduct of person, etc.
Tabletop Display Selection / Assignment Of Space
Tabletop display spaces purchased by NCH Organizational Members will be given first priority of prime location selection. Tabletop display spaces purchased by non-member organizations are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Every attempt will be made to meet request regarding location; however, NCH reserves the right to reconfigure the exhibit area if necessary, with the understanding that if the exhibitor does not agree with such relocation to the extent that the exhibitor cannot participate in the JAHC, the payment for the tabletop displace space will be fully refunded. Exhibitors may purchase a second tabletop display at a discounted rate. Subletting and/or sharing of tabletop display space is strictly prohibited.
Tabletop Display Set-Up
Each 4' x 6' tabletop display includes one 6 ft. draped tabled, two (2) chairs and a wastebasket. Due to space limitations, and in order to maintain the flow of traffic, all exhibits should fit on top of, or directly behind the space allocated (single or double table). No "L" or "T" shape configurations are permitted. All additional furnishings for your display space (ie: standing banner, bookshelf, etc.) must first directly behind the 6' table provided, and therefore fit within your 4' x 6' exhibit area. NCH reserves the right to remove additional furnishings from the exhibit area if necessary. The display are is fully carpeted.
Terms Of Payment
The applicant agrees to enclose with this application full payment. Payments should be made payable to NCH and forwarded to the NCH office, ATTN: Christina DeRose, NCH Industry Relations Associate, 1120 Rte. 73, Suite 200, Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054. To be included in initial space assignments, the exhibit application and full payment must be received. Space will not be assigned or held without the application and all appropriate fees.
NCH JAHC Sponsorship and Exhibit Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted to NCH in writing. The date of receipt of supporter's written notice of cancellation will be the official cancellation date. If exhibit support is cancelled on or before March 28, 2019, all monies paid to date minus a $200 processing fee will be returned to the supporter. Cancellations of a larger sponsorship package will be returned to the supporter minus 15% of the total sponsorship fee. Any supporter who cancels after March 28, 2019 will be responsible for total cost. No refunds for cancellations after
March 28, 2019.
